We offer a range of timber mouldings to suit nearly every possible situation.

We have a series of pre run mouldings available, and with a broad range of timber species available we can run custom mouldings to order for a large range of profiles, for internal and external use. We also have a range of pre primed fingerjointed mouldings for fast and efficient internal use.

American Black Walnut

Walnut is a tough, hard timber of medium density and low stiffness. The sap wood is creamy white, heartwood is light brown to dark chocolate brown, occasionally with a purplish cast and darker streaks.

American Cherry

Fine, straight, close grain timber. The heartwood varies in colour from reddish-brown to rich red and the sapwood is yellow. Fine, narrow, brown - coloured pith flecks and small gum pockets are a common feature.

American White Ash

The sapwood is light coloured to nearly white and the heartwood varies from greyish brown to light brown, to pale yellow streaked with brown. The wood is generally straight grained with a coarse uniform texture.

American White Oak

American White Oak is similar in colour and appearance to European oak. The sapwood is light coloured and the heartwood is light to dark brown. American White Oak is mostly straight grained with a medium to coarse texture, with longer rays and red oak.

AUS Blackwood (Tasmanian)

The highly decorative hardwood of blackwood outshines almost every other timber in the range of colours it possesses. The heartwood is a rich golden brown through which there may be streaks of reddish brown or almost black.

Australian Oak/Ash

Australian Oak/Ash (Tasmanian Oak/Victorian Ash) is a light colored and medium density hardwood, pale straw through to lighter browns, with excellent staining qualities.

European White Oak

European White Oak is a hard and heavy wood with medium strength properties. The heartwood is light tan to biscuit coloured, usually straight grained, but irregular or cross-grained material can occur depending on growth conditions.

Jarrah

Jarrah is native to south western Australia, it is a heartwood with a rich dark brownish red colour. It can have straight or interlocked grain with an even medium coarse texture. Considered to be one of the world's most durable timbers.

Kwila (Merbau)

Kwila is a high quality, strong and durable hardwood. The heartwood is yellowish-brown, brown or dark red, red-brown, turning to a dark red-brown with age. The wood is hard and heavy, the texture moderately coarse but even, and the grain may be straight or interlocked but is often wavy.

Radiata Pine Pre-finished/Pre-primed (EziTrim)

Milled, kiln dried and docked to remove all knots and visible Imperfections, and then precoated, we use radiata pine for our EZITrim range of mouldings

Rosewood

A vibrant timber with large variations in colour, honey yellows, fiery reds and mellow browns. Prized for use in musical instruments such as guitars.

Taun or Akwa

Akwa is native to south-west pacific region and is major commercial timber species of Solomon Island. the colour of Akwa ranges from pale pinkish- brown to reddish-brown. some trees produce a fiddleback type figure and it is very attractive and appealing.

Western Hemlock

Western Hemlock is one of commercial species of hemlock harvested in North America. It is used as construction lumber and is commonly grouped together with other species of fir and hemlock.
