If at any time you wish to amend out of date or incorrect personal information in your file, please email our Privacy Officer Richard Barnes at richardb@iti.net.nz. You may also request that there be attached to the file a statement of the amendment requested but not made.
We will respond to your information privacy request as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 20 working days after the day on which you made the request, unless we have valid grounds to withhold the information under the Privacy Act 2020.
Data Breach Notification
If we experience a privacy breach that has caused or is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Privacy Commissioner as required by the Privacy Act 2020.
