Made from Moisture Resistant MDF, Panel It™ offers a stylish and durable solution for internal walls and ceilings, with a hidden tongue and groove system and a pre primed surface ready for finishing. Suitable for residential and light commercial applications, the range is designed to create clean, seamless and visually striking interiors.

Simple and Efficient Installation
Prepare the Framing
Ensure framing is straight and true before installation. Wall studs must be spaced at a maximum of 600 mm centres, with additional support provided where panel joints occur.
Install and Join the Panels
Apply flexible construction adhesive to the framing, position the first panel straight and level, then secure it with the selected fixings at 200 to 300 mm intervals. Continue installing panels while maintaining a minimum 1 mm gap between tongue and groove joints.
Maintain Required Clearances
Keep the required expansion clearances around floors, ceilings, corners and panel joints throughout installation. Allow a minimum 5 mm clearance at the ceiling, 10 mm at the floor and 3 mm at corners.
Finish and Paint
Panel It™ Decorative Panels are supplied pre primed and require a final finish. Lightly sand the panels, clean with a damp cloth and apply the selected oil or acrylic based paint. Use a flexible paintable sealant around mouldings, cornices, skirtings and architraves before finishing.
